The Season of Life

Life is like a farm.

The farmer has to wait for the time to sow

So, as life we wait patiently for the grace to come as we pray to bless us.

We sow the value of patience

Once the seeds are sown on fertile soil

The plants will grow

And abundantly yield good crops for harvesting

The life we have reflects on what we have sown

As we navigate life, do we have planted good deeds?

Have we looked at ourselves on how we utilize our lives?

Have we value our time while on earth?

Do we enjoy our lives?

Or do we put people around us miserable?

Are we grateful and thankful?

Do we spend valuable time with family?

Do we live with understanding harmony with each other?

Should our actions drawing towards God more and more closer to Him

Or is it leading us away from his divine teachings?

Reflecting how our day to day lives help us

To re-evaluate continuously staying the right path

If we fail, we forgive ourselves

Then start again

Remembering what we sow so as what we harvest

One Step at a Time

There might be times when you feel like the world is coming down, like everything seems to decide to happen at the same time. Your mind might become full of a multitude of thoughts, from the why did this happen to the what do I do?

These are the moments to remember that you have to keep moving forward, the moment to not give up and to take one step at a time. It might feel like it’s an impossible hurdle, but by taking one step at a time, even if small steps, you can move forward and eventually find  a way out of that situation.

If the road feels overwhelming, look for someone who can be your support. It can be your friend, family, significant other. A heavy load seems easier when someone can help you, even if the help is you to lend an ear to your problems. Don’t try to keep everything inside of yourself because eventually it will burst out destroying everything around it.

Never give up and keep moving forward. Always remember that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Face forward and find your happiness.
