Mind

Our mind is like a battlefield

You constantly guarding it

You never let your guard down

Our minds sometimes trick us

Or it let us wonder and think of negative thoughts

But never let it prevail

Nip it right away

Instead, feeds it with beautiful thinking

The words of God are the best

Let this be the wisdom in your mind

He wants us to think of what is good

Think of what is true and awesome

Our thoughts will eventually come out as words

Then it becomes our actions

Therefore, be vigilant, like a sentinel

You do not want to live in strife

Because of our negative thinking

Fill the minds with happy, thankful or grateful thoughts

The goodness of everyone

Let our mind soar with purity and truthfulness

Do not judge, leave that to God.

And you will find peace.

A New Day

Today is a brand new day, we can either choose to move forward or get stuck in the past. The choice is ours to make.

But, does it mean that once we decide to move forward we forget the past? Not exactly. We should learn from our past, but do not let it control us. We are shaped by anything that happens to us, but we also have the power to not let us control the rest of our lives.

Sometimes moving past certain moments from our our lives is not easy. They seem to have a hold on us, they seem to want to control us. Never give into those moments, look for the good that can come out of it, and if you see that you need assistance, then look for someone who can help. Never be ashamed to look for help.

Once you are able to move past those moments, that’s when you can see that it’s a brand new day, one that it’s full of possibilities and one that can fill you with happiness. Never forget that you are worth it, never forget that you will be ok.

Never give up and always move forward. A new day will always come.

City and Sun

What do we see when we see this picture? Do we see a sun that is coming out, or do we see a sun that is going away? Why does it matter? Does it make a difference?

It is important to remember that we always should strive to look at everything that happens around us in a positive light. Our mindset is particularly important in either allowing us to succeed or fail. If we give up before even trying, if we only see the negative, how are we to find a way to move forward?

It is easy to give up, we might even feel safer this way, but if we continue until we succeed, we will move forward with inner peace and a happiness that comes from giving it our best. Never give into sadness, never give up on yourself.

Do not be afraid to seek help if you need it. There is no shame in admitting when we need help, it is the opposite, it requires strength to acknowledge it. Always find a way to move forward, never give up and always find the positive around you.

Find the happiness around you and be the best that you can be. Never give and always move forward with everything you have.

My thoughts turn to you my friend
You who greet me every morning
You who gives me a reason to be

All my thoughts are one, to find you
So I search for you low and high
Finally joy fills my heart, you are there
My friend, my companion, my hope you are

I grew with you and you greet me back
You have always been there for me
I have known you from the beginning
And I know together for the rest of my life we will be
