Be Positive

These is the season when you see people excited, celebrating with friends and family. The season of warm and smiles. But, we have to remember that many times this is not the type of feelings that come during this season. Sometimes what comes are feelings of depression, reminders of being alone, of better times.


Especially right now this is true, with road blocks to family and friends getting together to celebrate, to share and have fellowship. Does this mean that we should not have joy, that we should not be happy? No, these are the moments that we have to continue to move forward, to find the positive in any moment that comes.


Remember that happiness starts from within, and being positive is a very important step in order to achieve it. If you have negative thoughts, then your mood will go down and sadness will approach you. Being positive is very important in order for us to be happy.


Having this mindset is not an easy task, there are a lot of external factors that affect us, that can change our mood and our thoughts. Remember to always try to find the positive in anything that comes your way. Find a way to make it work for you, not against you. The more that you do this, the more it will become a habit for you. Make being positive a habit, make being happy your mood.


Once you accomplish that the work is not over. Maybe you know a friend or a family member who is struggling with feelings. Help them, share your happiness, but remember to be gentle. You don’t want to be a bulldozer that tries to fix their feelings according to your will. You are there to help them, but it will always be their choice on accept your help and how to proceed. Be gentle and supportive. Be an example that radiates true happiness.

Happiness

What is happiness? It is different from everyone, but it’s also necessary. How do we find it? With material things, spiritual things, friends, family?


True happiness comes from having Inner peace. But the big question that we all have is how can we achieve this?


The very first step is to love yourself. If you don’t love yourself there is no way that you can achieve this. You can start by thinking about your own life, By looking for the positive even in your darkest times.


Positive thinking is very important. This will help you to reduce your stress call mark to be able to move forward when life becomes hard. By being positive you don’t give up in life or in things that you’re doing, instead you find what you can learn from it, how to succeed.


You are responsible for your own thinking, but this does not mean that you have to do this alone. Sometimes a good ear is all that we need to be able to move forward.
Remember to never give up, to always move forward, Always being positive, always with a smile on your face.


Once you accomplish this you can start to love yourself, to find that inner peace that came bring you happiness. In turn once you have your inner peace and you are really happy you can become a source of happiness for those around you.

Always Moving Forward

During these hard times sometimes it becomes hard knowing what to do. We feel overwhelmed with all the information coming at us, coming from the left or coming from the right.


Do we find a corner to hide and cry? No, this is the time to gather our courage, to move forward and not to give up. We must find the inner strength and push forward, overcome any negative thoughts that gather around us. Thinking positive is as important as being positive. You cannot have one if you do not have the other one.


It is ok to remember that we do not have to do everything alone. If we need help, we have reach for our friends and family, the people who are important to us and who can give us the push that we need to be able to move forward.


Always remember that whenever there is a storm there would always come peace afterwards. Always look for the light at the end of the tunnel, always strive to move forward, never stop and look back, never let the past control your future.


Be sure to find the positive even in adversity. It is not easy to do, but by acquiring this skill we will be able to navigate through anything. We will be able to always move forwards.


Never stop moving, always keep moving forward and eventually you will reach your destination. Enjoy your life and become someone who can give happiness to others with your presence

A New Day

Today is a brand new day, we can either choose to move forward or get stuck in the past. The choice is ours to make.

But, does it mean that once we decide to move forward we forget the past? Not exactly. We should learn from our past, but do not let it control us. We are shaped by anything that happens to us, but we also have the power to not let us control the rest of our lives.

Sometimes moving past certain moments from our our lives is not easy. They seem to have a hold on us, they seem to want to control us. Never give into those moments, look for the good that can come out of it, and if you see that you need assistance, then look for someone who can help. Never be ashamed to look for help.

Once you are able to move past those moments, that’s when you can see that it’s a brand new day, one that it’s full of possibilities and one that can fill you with happiness. Never forget that you are worth it, never forget that you will be ok.

Never give up and always move forward. A new day will always come.

City and Sun

What do we see when we see this picture? Do we see a sun that is coming out, or do we see a sun that is going away? Why does it matter? Does it make a difference?

It is important to remember that we always should strive to look at everything that happens around us in a positive light. Our mindset is particularly important in either allowing us to succeed or fail. If we give up before even trying, if we only see the negative, how are we to find a way to move forward?

It is easy to give up, we might even feel safer this way, but if we continue until we succeed, we will move forward with inner peace and a happiness that comes from giving it our best. Never give into sadness, never give up on yourself.

Do not be afraid to seek help if you need it. There is no shame in admitting when we need help, it is the opposite, it requires strength to acknowledge it. Always find a way to move forward, never give up and always find the positive around you.

Find the happiness around you and be the best that you can be. Never give and always move forward with everything you have.

Life and Coffee

Life is like a cup of coffee! It can be sweet and soft or strong and bitter. It all depends on what you add to it!

Always look for the add on that will make everything better!

Looking Back at You

What do we see looking back at us when we find a surface that reflects ourselves? Do we see a nice beautiful image, is it full, does it contain small parts that make a whole? Do we like what we see? Do we want to change what we see?

Many times what reflects back to us looks different to what we expect. Hardly any time we see what we would like, but does it mean that we have to dislike what we see? Not necessarily. We also need to accept what is shown back to us, we take the positive and see what needs to be improved. This is the way that we can become better and move forward.

It is also important to remember that sometimes we might think that there is nothing worth about it, but other people might see it beautiful. We have to be careful to see ourselves in a positive and real way. Do not put your self down, but do not think you are over other people. The higher that you think you are the harder that you will fall, and the more painful that it would be.

Always remember that all that we do eventually comes to the surface, both the good and the bad. If this is the case then why not just do good and not be ashamed when it comes out? It is our choice to do it, nobody can choose for us.

Work hard on improving your self and be someone that you will be happy when your reflection is looking back at you.

Beauty Inside the Shadow

As we go through life, we find ourselves many times crossing some shadows, sometimes they are scary, sometimes they are not, but we often see them as something that we do not want to enter. Is it fine to try to avoid them? Is it fine to be afraid of them?

Life will always be a mixture of light and shadow, of happiness and sadness, but it is this mixture that makes us who we are. We should not fear the shadow, we might even find some beauty inside of it.

Look at this picture for example. There is a rainbow that we can see on the shadows due to the light interacting with the water. In the same way we can find something positive on our shadows if we let our light, our family and friends, become our support.

If you ever find yourself in a situation that looks dark, looks for the rainbow inside of it, look for the positive on it. It is not an easy thing to do, and it takes a lot of work to get to this level, but it is worth it. If we can see the beauty inside the shadow, we will be able to overcome adversity with a better attitude, which in turn will reduce our stress.

Work on your thinking and make it to a point where thinking positive is automatic, where looking for a rainbow in any situation is part of who you are. Never give up and continue moving forward with everything you got.

Happiness

What is happiness? How do we find it? These are questions that eventually during our life will make it to our heads. How do we answer them? Are we going to be positive or pessimistic? Are we going to be excited thinking about it, or are we going to frown at that moment?

How can we be happy? Every person will give you a different answer. Some will say that they are happy with the family, some that going to a concert brings it to them, and some will tell you their favorite food is enough to make them happy.

Does this mean that there is a right and wrong answer? Not really, happiness depends on the individual person, but there is one variable that will always be present, and that is as positive thinking at that moment and for that action. If you do not have positive thinking, then you cannot be genuinely happy.

Our minds are incredibly powerful, they can control how we react and how we feel. Therefore, it is imperative to be positive and not negative. Negative thinking will always bring negative results. What is in your mind will always surface, be it positive or negative.

Always strive to find the good in anything that you do or that happens to you. By finding the good you will be able to control your negative feelings and you will be one step closer to be genuinely happy.  Do not react to what happens to you, learn to control your feelings, and find the best possible way to move trough that moment in your life.

You are not alone; you are not an island in the middle of the sea. Find a connection with your family and with your friends; these are other keys to find that internal happiness that we all desire.

You are responsible for your own happiness, you either will let the environment control you or you will learn to navigate through it without being controlled by it. Find the positive in everything that you do, become happy one step a time, and once you do, share it with the ones that surround you. Create a positive circle, not a negative one. Be a happy and always move forward.
